Sorry guys for the inconvenience. Welcome to Security Council. It's time for another chat before we cast our votes. I am yet unsure as to times for TCs are announced or not, but if it is, then I apologize. Let's welcome the members of our jury so far - Ozzy, Alicia, Stacy and Tom, voted out at the last Security Council. Now, let's get on. Rudy, any chance of you giving up that Immunity necklace? To everyone: What are you basing your vote on tonight? Do you think you'll be surprised with the results of this Security Council? Also, how well do you think you'd have done had those questions been different? You all have 48 hours to vote. The same rule applies as last TC. You need to send your votes to both me & MK, so that either MK or myself can read the votes, depending on who is available. Good luck guys.

What are you basing your vote on tonight? - I'm not sure yet because I still don't know what to do... that's why I've been holding off on these questions all day. Do you think you'll be surprised with the results of this Security Council? - No not really, the game has changed tides a while back ago now and I don't think anything would change now. Also, how well do you think you'd have done had those questions been different? - I didn't think I did too bad, I could have gotten higher if I had remembered to resend... and if I had slowed down and checked them over again lol

I just want to say I am concerned that Steph has not been around and hope he is ok. What are you basing your vote on tonight?
First, who does not have immunity, whether Rudy will give it to someone. My thoughts for the vote have to do with the loyalty and respect I feel, promises, and to be true to what I think I can live with. I have thoughts on my vote but have not decided. I guess I should also think about the number of past votes since we are 8 voting.
Do you think you'll be surprised with the results of this Security Council?
I guess I will know after I read the results? I think this vote will be more difficult to predict. If I get votes I won't be surprised.
Also, how well do you think you'd have done had those questions been different?
Those questions were hard enough and fun to work on - Shetland was the hardest for me. I bet we all knew some without research. I have no idea how I would have done with different questions - I just know I always work hard at challenges and enjoy trivia.
To the 2 jurors that wrote to me last week, I believe you should not have at this game site, and I did not read them. If your message was as a friend, then PM me at SEG or RGO and I will reply and be glad to hear from you.

Hey, thanks for the concern Kathy! I guess I owe everyone an explanation. This week was very hectic for me. I had deadlines to meet so I was not my usual online-wh*ring self. lol. But it's the weekend now and I've been looking forward to these 2 days of break from the job! ---- What are you basing your vote on tonight? -- I will base my vote on what I think will keep me safe this week and will also help my game in the long run. I am out of the loop as of the moment and have not read PMs so not sure how the vote is going. It could be me this week. Do you think you'll be surprised with the results of this Security Council? -- Nah, I'm expecting all types of scenarios, from me getting voted off to Rudy quitting (lol), so no, I won't be surprised. Also, how well do you think you'd have done had those questions been different? -- I don't think I'd have done well, because as I mentioned, I was so busy this past week and the only free time I get, I use it in running the other game I'm hosting right now.

(Nods to Ozzy, Alicia, Stacy and Tom.)
Rudy, any chance of you giving up that Immunity necklace?
Wow, immunity. Who'd a thunk it after sending in the answers 3 or 4 times! Of course keeping immunity keeps me safe, but I would and am considering the best course to take here..so I am not sure yet what I will do. Sometimes winning isnt everything tho it sure validates a great feeling of getting to the end. Sometimes showing loyalty to people is more important to me than winning is, tho winning sure would feel great! I will let you know what I decide.
To everyone:
What are you basing your vote on tonight?
The best course to take to get further in the game.
Do you think you'll be surprised with the results of this Security Council?
I would like to be surprised but I dont think I will be! I think its pretty clear cut where people are going to vote. But it would be very exciting to see the game take twists and turns too.
Also, how well do you think you'd have done had those questions been different?
I wouldve still most likely sent in over and over til I was feeling confident. It was a fun challenge, thank you.

*Waves to Jury*
What are you basing your vote on tonight?
I'm baseing my vote on which person is blocking me from making it further through this game
Do you think you'll be surprised with the results of this Security Council?
Actually yes, cause you really never know what can happen
Also, how well do you think you'd have done had those questions been different?
I loved the questions this time.. I just had to resend and take my time so prob would have done the same thing.. Take my time and investigate as much as i could

Would you promise (and keep it) to self vote Steph, IF I agreed to quit? Steph you love (to hate) me too much to see me quit!

What are you basing your vote on tonight? This vote is especially hard, we have to come up with an unanimous decision, and it is hard. I don't know how we will base it on. Do you think you'll be surprised with the results of this Security Council?Unless we agree, yes. Also, how well do you think you'd have done had those questions been different?Well, I thought I got every one of them correct! I was so surprised I got half of them wrong I would have actually checked my answers and THEN send them in, if I wasn't in a hurry.

What are you basing your vote on tonight? Tina's getting my vote. I won't pretend otherwise. We don't speak to each other, I've no reason to not vote her out this round. Do you think you'll be surprised with the results of this Security Council? Maybe, depends if people keep their word or not. Also, how well do you think you'd have done had those questions been different? Still awful, I just didn't have the time. Also guys, if you're going to use my name when telling people things, then at least let them be true. I'll happily name names if the 'culprit' wants to play dumb. Oh and about Rudy's immunity, he says he'll let us know his decision? Surely that's not allowed especially now I've voted ... Jeff said you had to decide whether or not you're giving it away before people start voting. Sorry about the fowl mood today, but I'm hugover, tired and had SO many rude customers today at work. Plus, I've no energy to butter things up no more, it's not meant in a nasty way at all. Plus, the fact people seem to insist on making up lies about me in this game, it all adds to the bad mood.

Oh Sundra I honestly dont remember reading it or where to find it how long I had to decide. I actually offered my immunity to people and they refused it so I guess I will be keeping it. There, its official.

Concerning the immunity rule, I didn't exactly state it anywhere, but there is logic behind it. Basically, I didn't want people to vote for like Steve and then in the middle of the voting period find out that someone has just given Steve his or her immunity and suddenly have all their votes canceled out. That obviously does not make any sense. So the giving away immunity rule is basically the same as in the Philippines where you had to give away immunity before the votes were CAST, which means some forethought is needed. When Steph gave immunity to James, she included that she wanted to do that in her challenge submission. So, yeah, sorry if there was some confusion as I realize I never publically stated that rule anywhere. I wasn't expecting it to come up in this game as giving away immunity is so rare.

Thanks MK! Actually you are asking this old man (lady ) to remember that from nearly 3 years ago? ha Well ya, it does take some foresight and since I didnt see the rule and we had 48 hrs to vote well I just didnt no. If you post the results and then the SC right after it, how much of the 48 hrs does the winner get to decide? Its not really fair to say forsight only. In the show, they have a day, a half day, the next day, whatever it is, its til the TC to decide. I think we need some time too sometimes. Actually foresight, its not always so clear cut. So how much time do we actually get then? Can you make a rule to that please? Cause anyone who really knows me, knows that I have in the past and I almost this time DID give away immunity...I have done it in other games in the past and most do or should know I would do it if it was really needed and wanted. I would like a clear idea of what the time span is for deciding please. Thank you.

Rudy, I'll think about it and get back to you on that one. You raise some good points, so I'll see what I can come up with.

And in case there was any confusion left on this issue, it's now official that Rudy has immunity this round and will definitely not be giving it away. In the future, I'll have to come up with some guidelines so that we don't have to go through this confusion again.
